8. Driver Conduct

Drivers agree to:

Maintain valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Keep their vehicle in safe operating condition
Treat passengers with respect and professionalism
Follow all traffic laws
Not engage in discriminatory or abusive behavior

9. Payment Terms

Riders agree to pay the displayed fare plus any applicable tolls, surcharges, or taxes. Payment is collected through the platform at the end of each ride. Refunds will only be issued for disputed trips or service failures.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply based on when the cancellation occurs. Riders who cancel after a driver has been assigned may be charged a cancellation fee. Drivers who cancel after accepting a ride may face penalties.

11. Modifications to Terms

JumoRide may revise these terms of service for the website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
